1. (a) A certificate holder may, if specified in its Rules Submission under § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions), offer players an alternate Six Card bonus wager paytable to the paytables outlined in § 649a.12(f) (relating to payout odds; Envy bonus; rate of progression).

2. (b) The additional Six Card bonus wager paytable option is as follows:

   Hand	Paytable F
   Six-Card royal flush (nine to ace)	20,000 to 1
   Royal flush	1,000 to 1
   Straight flush	200 to 1
   Four-of-a-kind	50 to 1
   Full house	20 to 1
   Flush	15 to 1
   Straight	10 to 1
   Three-of-a-kind	5 to 1

3. (c) Notwithstanding the provisions in this section, the rules and procedures governing the Six Card bonus wager as outlined in Chapter 649a (relating to Three Card Poker) shall remain in effect.
