- (a) A certificate holder may, if specified in its Rules Submission under § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions), offer players an alternate Ante wager bonus paytable to the paytables outlined in § 649a.12(b) (relating to payout odds; Envy bonus; rate of progression).
(b) The additional Ante wager bonus paytable option is as follows:

- (c) Notwithstanding the provisions in this section, the rules and procedures governing the Ante wager and Ante wager bonus as outlined in Chapter 649a (relating to Three Card Poker) shall remain in effect.
