1. (a) A certificate holder may, if specified in its Rules Submission under § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions), offer to players a variation on the Pair Plus wager authorized under § 649a.7(d)(2) (relating to wagers) entitled the Player bonus wager.
2. (b) Except as provided in this section, the Player bonus wager shall follow the rules and procedures of the Pair Plus wager under Chapter 649a (relating to Three Card Poker).
3. (c) Notwithstanding § 649a.11(b)(2) (relating to procedures for completion of each round of play), if a player elects to not make a Play wager, the Player bonus wager shall not be forfeited and will remain on the table to be resolved during the procedures provided under § 649a.11(c)(4).

4. (d) A certificate holder shall pay out winning Player bonus wagers at the odds in one of the following paytables, selected by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2:
