58 Pa. Code § 635b.3
(c) The Monster Match Dynamic progressive table game system must include all of the following:
(g) If a player has won a Monster Match Dynamic progressive payout, the dealer shall do all of the following:
(4) Pay the winning Monster Match Dynamic progressive wager in accordance with the payout odds in subsection (h).
(h) The certificate holder shall pay out winning Monster Match Dynamic progressive wagers for the highest ranking four-card hand formed, at the odds in the following payout table selected by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission form filed in accordance with § 601a.2:

(i) The initial seed and reseed amounts, increment rate and reserve rate listed in the following chart shall correspond with the paytable selected under subsection (h) and shall be included by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission form filed in accordance with § 601a.2:
