- (a) A certificate holder that offers the Three Card Poker wager, also known as the 21+3 wager, in accordance with § 633a.6(e)(9) (relating to wagers) may offer the wager with the paytable authorized under § 633a.13(k) (relating to payout odds; payout limitation) (to be known as Paytable A) or the paytables authorized under subsection (d).
- (b) A certificate holder shall specify the selected paytable as part of the Rules Submission filed in accordance with § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions).
- (c) All other aspects of the Three Card Poker/21+3 wager shall follow the rules and procedures outlined in Chapter 633a (relating to Blackjack).
(d) Additional Paytables:

- (e) For purposes of this section, a Mini-royal shall mean an ace, king and queen of the same suit.
