1. (a) A certificate holder may, if specified in its Rules Submission under § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions), offer to players who have made a Blackjack wager under § 633a.6(d) (relating to wagers) the option to place a Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager.
2. (b) Except as provided under this section, Blackjack games which offer the Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager shall follow the rules and procedures outlined in Chapter 633a (relating to Blackjack).

3. (c) If the certificate holder is offering the Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager, the Blackjack table must have a progressive table game system, in accordance with § 605a.7 (relating to progressive table games), for the placement of the Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager. If the certificate holder is offering a progressive payout wager on multiple linked tables or games in the same licensed facility, the progressive table game system must comply with the requirements in § 605a.8 (relating to linked progressive table games). The progressive table game system must include the following:

   1. (1) A wagering device at each betting position that acknowledges or accepts the placement of the Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager.
   2. (2) A device that controls or monitors the placement of progressive wagers at the gaming table, including a mechanism, such as a lock-out button, that prevents the recognition of any progressive wager that a player attempts to place after the dealer has announced ‘‘no more bets.’’

4. (d) The Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager consists of two betting options, and a player may wager on either or both of the following:

   1. (1) The dealer’s initial two cards will result in a Blackjack.
   2. (2) The player’s initial two cards will result in a Blackjack.
5. (e) After placing a Blackjack wager as required in § 633a.6(d) and any optional wagers, the dealer shall deal the cards in accordance with § 633a.7(a)—(h) (relating to procedure for dealing the cards; completion of each round of play).

6. (f) As part of the dealing procedures of § 633a.7(h), the dealer shall settle the Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager as follows:

   1. (1) If the player placed a Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager on the dealer’s initial two cards being a Blackjack, and the dealer’s hand was not a Blackjack, the wager is lost and shall be collected.
   2. (2) If the player placed a Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager on the player’s initial two cards being a Blackjack, and the player’s hand was not a Blackjack, the wager is lost and shall be collected.
   3. (3) If the player placed a Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager on the dealer’s initial two cards being a Blackjack, and only the dealer’s hand was a Blackjack, the wager wins and shall be settled in accordance with subsection (h).
   4. (4) If the player placed a Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager on the player’s initial two cards being a Blackjack, and only the player’s hand was a Blackjack, the wager wins and shall be settled in accordance with subsection (h).
   5. (5) If both the dealer’s hand and the player’s hand are a Blackjack, all Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wagers are lost and shall be collected.

7. (g) The Wheel Spin Jackpot wheel shall comply with the following:

   1. (1) The Wheel Spin Jackpot wheel shall be a random number generator whose outcome is displayed in the format of a segmented wheel.
   2. (2) The Wheel Spin Jackpot wheel shall consist of 16 equal sections and a flapper or other mechanism to indicate the winning section.
   3. (3) The sections of the wheel shall be arranged clockwise in the following order: Progressive Jackpot, 5x, 25x, 10x, 100x, 20x, 50x, 15x, 1,000x, 5x, 50x, 15x, 100x, 10x, 40x, 15x.

8. (h) The Wheel Spin Jackpot shall comply with the following:

   1. (1) When a Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive wager has won in accordance with subsection (f), the Wheel Spin Jackpot wheel shall be engaged to determine the payout odds.
   2. (2) The Wheel Spin Jackpot wheel shall spin and come to rest on the randomly selected wheel section.
9. (i) If the section shows a numerical multiplier, the player’s winning wager shall be paid at the odds shown. For example, if the wheel spin ends on a 50x section, the player shall be paid at 50 for 1 odds.
10. (ii) If the section shows the progressive jackpot section of the wheel, the player’s winning Wheel Spin Jackpot wager shall be paid the number shown on the jackpot meter.
11. (i) If in the same round of Blackjack, two or more players have won the same Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive jackpot, the progressive jackpot amount shall be split equally between the winning players.
12. (j) The Wheel Spin Jackpot progressive jackpot shall be initially seeded at a rate of $10,000 and shall have an incrementation rate of 1%.
13. (k) After settling the Blazing 7’s wagers, the dealer shall continue the hand in accordance with § 633a.7(i)—(t), as may be applicable.
