1. (a) A certificate holder that offers the Blackjack Match progressive in accordance with § 633c.10 (relating to Blackjack Match progressive) may offer the Blackjack Match progressive wager with the paytables authorized under § 633c.10(i) or the paytables authorized under subsection (d).
2. (b) A certificate holder shall specify the selected paytable as part of the Rules Submission form filed in accordance with § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions).
3. (c) All other aspects of the Blackjack Match progressive wager shall follow the rules and procedures outlined in § 633c.10, unless otherwise provided in this section.
