- (a) A certificate holder may, if specified in its Rules Submission under § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions), offer to players an interactive game Roulette variation entitled Jinzi Roulette, whose outcome is determined by a random number generator. Unless otherwise provided in this section, the game Jinzi Roulette shall operate consistent with the rules and procedures of Roulette under Chapter 617a (relating to Roulette).
- (b) The layout for a Jinzi Roulette table shall be submitted to the Bureau of Gaming Operations for approval in accordance with § 601a.10(a) (relating to approval of table game layouts, signage and equipment).
- (c) Jinzi Roulette shall utilize a wheel containing 13 equally spaced compartments around the wheel. Each compartment shall be marked with a number ranging from zero (0) to twelve (12) with each number being used exactly one time. The segment marked with the number 0 shall be white, and the remaining segments shall be colored alternately red and black.
(d) A player may place the following wagers prior to the announcement of ‘‘no more bets:’’
- (1) Straight up, a wager on a specific number.
- (2) Split, a wager on two numbers which are next to each other on the layout.
- (3) Street, a wager on three numbers which are in a horizontal row on the layout.
- (4) Corner, a wager on four numbers which are four numbers in contiguous boxes on the layout.
- (5) Three numbers, a wager on the combination of 0, 1, 2 or 0, 2, 3.
- (6) Column, a wager on the four numbers contained in a single column on the layout.
- (7) Red, a wager on the winning compartment will be red.
- (8) Black, a wager on the winning compartment being black.
- (9) Small, a wager on the consecutive numbers 1—6.
- (10) Big, a wager on the consecutive numbers 7—12.
- (e) After all wagers have been placed and ‘‘no more bets’’ has been called, the random number generator shall be initiated to determine the outcome of the Jinzi Roulette game, with the winning wheel segment being displayed to players.
(f) A certificate holder shall pay out winning Jinzi Roulette wagers at no less than the odds in the following paytable:

(g) Notwithstanding subsection (f), when the winning outcome is zero, the following apply:
- (1) Straight Up wagers placed on zero shall pay 11 to 1, consistent with subsection (e).
- (2) Wagers, except for wagers placed on zero, shall return one-half of the amount wagered. For example, a $10 wager on number 10, although being a losing Straight Up wager, would return $5 to the player.
