1. (a) A certificate holder shall pay out winning Roulette wagers at no less than the odds in the following paytable:

   Four Numbers	8 to 1
   First Five Numbers	6 to 1
   Six Numbers	5 to 1
   Column	2 to 1
   Dozen	2 to 1

   Odd	1 to 1
   Even	1 to 1
   1—18	1 to 1
   19—36	1 to 1

2. (b) When Roulette is played on a single zero wheel or double zero wheel and the Roulette ball comes to rest in a compartment marked zero (0) or double zero (00), wagers on red, black, odd, even, 1—18 and 19—36 will be lost.

3. (c) When Roulette is played on a double zero wheel being used as a single zero wheel, as provided in § 617a.1 (relating to Roulette ball; Roulette wheel and table; physical characteristics; double zero Roulette wheel used as a single zero Roulette wheel), the following apply:

   1. (1) Notice shall be provided that the double zero wheel is being used as a single zero wheel.
   2. (2) If the Roulette ball comes to rest in a compartment marked double zero (00), the dealer shall announce ‘‘no spin,’’ declare the spin void and respin the wheel.
   3. (3) Wagers on red, black, odd, even, 1—18 and 19—36 will be lost if the Roulette ball comes to rest in a compartment marked zero (0).

4. (d) The certificate holder shall pay out winning Touchdown Roulette wagers at the odds in one of the following payout tables selected by the certificate holder in its Rules Submission form filed in accordance with § 601a.2 (relating to table games Rules Submissions):
