58 Pa. Code § 493a.6 – Consolidation. | Midpage- (a) The Board or presiding officer, with or without motion, may consolidate proceedings involving a common question of law or fact.
- (b) The section supersedes 1 Pa. Code § 35.45 (relating to consolidation).
