Every association shall furnish to the Commission initially and immediately upon any change with regard thereto, the name, address and experience of the following employes:

1. (1) General manager.
2. (2) Pari-mutuel manager.
3. (3) Race secretary.
4. (4) Program director.
5. (5) Clerk of the course.
6. (6) Track superintendent.
7. (7) Publicity director.
8. (8) Race announcer.
9. (9) Concession manager.
10. (10) Admission manager.
11. (11) Parking superintendent.
12. (12) Stable superintendent.
13. (13) Chief security officer.
