1. (a) Within 30 days after the entry of an adjudication or another final order or decision of the Commission, a party shall have the right to appeal therefrom to the Commonwealth Court under 42 Pa.C.S. § 763 (relating to direct appeals from government agencies).
2. (b) Parties interested jointly, severally or otherwise in the same adjudication may join in an appeal therefrom even though the interested parties do not join therein.
