1. (a) Unless deemed in the best interest of the Commission by the Director or a designee, hearings shall be conducted at the central office.
2. (b) The hearing officer appointed by the Director shall preside at the hearing.
3. (c) Subsection (b) supplements 1 Pa. Code § 35.123 (relating to conduct of hearings).
