1. (a) A respondent requesting copies or causing the record to be reproduced by appeal to Commonwealth Court or for another reason shall be responsible for the transcription costs. Transcripts may be received upon payment of the following fixed fees:

   1. (1) Original transcripts—$80 plus $2.25 per page.
   2. (2) Additional copies of the transcript—$10 plus 25¢ per page.
2. (b) Subsection (a) supplements 1 Pa. Code § 35.133 (relating to copies of transcripts).
