Starting time for revocation period.

Effective Jul 1, 198717 Pa.B. 2464The provisions of this § 143.162 issued under The Game Law (34 P. S. § § 1311.101—1311.1502) (Repealed); and the Game and Wildlife Code, 34 Pa.C.S. § § 101—2965.

Revocations imposed by the Commission for offenses of the act or this title will begin on July 1 following the Commission action and include both hunting and furtaker privileges.
