In addition to the following restrictions, § § 135.2 and 135.41 (relating to unlawful actions; and State game lands) pertain to lands and waters owned by the Commission and designated as State game farms. It is unlawful to:

1. (1) Take wildlife within the boundary of a State Game Farm, except by permission of the Director or a designee.
2. (2) Enter or approach pens, fenced fields, barns or other buildings or enclosures.
3. (3) Feed game birds or animals, or both.
4. (4) Enter the area with dogs or guns, except by special permission of the Director.
