58 Pa. Code § 53.6

Miscellaneous prohibitions.

  1. (a) It is unlawful to fish from the breast of a dam on Commission owned or controlled properties where so posted.
  2. (b) It is unlawful to trespass on Commission owned or controlled property where so posted.
  3. (c) It is unlawful to swim in waters on Commission owned or controlled property unless otherwise posted.
