55 Pa. Code § 6500.78 – Exterior conditions. | Midpage- (a) An outside walkway that is used by individuals shall be free from ice, snow, obstructions and other hazards.
- (b) The yard and outside of the home shall be well maintained and free from unsafe conditions.
