55 Pa. Code § 6500.202 – Exceptions for emergency respite care.

(a) Emergency respite care is respite care placement prior to which 2 weeks or less notice is given to the home and agency.
(b) The following sections do not apply for individuals receiving emergency respite care:
1. (1) Sections 6500.45 and 6500.46 (relating to training; and annual training).
2. (2) Section 6500.79 (relating to individual bedrooms).
3. (3) Section 6500.109 (relating to fire drills).
4. (4) Sections 6500.111—6500.117.
5. (5) Sections 6500.121 and 6500.122 (relating to individual physical examination; and dental care).
6. (6) Section 6500.182(c)(3)—(6) (relating to individual records).
