1. (a) The residential home shall provide recreational and social activities, including volunteer or civic-minded opportunities and membership in National or local organizations at the following locations:

   1. (1) At the residential home.
   2. (2) Away from the residential home.
2. (b) Time away from the residential home may not be limited to time in school, work or vocational, developmental and volunteer facilities.
3. (c) Documentation of recreational and social activities shall be kept in the individual’s record.
