1. (a) The home shall provide services, including assistance, training and support for the acquisition, maintenance or improvement of functional skills, personal needs, communication and personal adjustment.
2. (b) The home shall provide opportunities and support to the individual for participation in community life, including volunteer or civic-minded opportunities and membership in National or local organizations.
3. (c) The home shall provide services to the individual as specified in the individual plan.
4. (d) The home shall provide services that are age and functionally appropriate to the individual.
