55 Pa. Code § 6400.261 – Exceptions for respite care.

RESPITE CARE

(a) Respite care is temporary community home care not to exceed 31 calendar days in a calendar year.
(b) The following sections do not apply for individuals receiving respite care:
1. (1) Section 6400.78 (relating to indoor living space).
2. (2) Sections 6400.81(g) and (h) (relating to individual bedrooms).
3. (3) Sections 6400.121—6400.127 (relating to program).
4. (4) Section 6400.142 (relating to dental care).
5. (5) Section 6400.213(4), (5), (7) and (8) (relating to content of records).
