1. (a) This chapter applies to non-State operated intermediate care facilities for persons with an intellectual disability and non-State operated intermediate care facilities for persons with other related conditions.
2. (b) The following chapters apply to non-State operated intermediate care facilities for persons with an intellectual disability and non-State operated intermediate care facilities for persons with other related conditions: Chapters 1101 and 6210 (relating to general provisions; and participation requirements for the intermediate care facilities for the intellectual disability program).
3. (c) In addition to this chapter, the Medicare Provider Reimbursement Manual (HIM-15) applies for costs that are included in this chapter as allowable and for reimbursable costs that are not specifically addressed in this chapter.
4. (d) If this subchapter is inconsistent with Chapter 6210 or HIM-15, this chapter prevails.
