1. (a) Agencies requesting the movement of funds shall submit revised program budget pages to the Department for affected programs.
2. (b) For programs affected by the change with standard interim rates, a program budget page is not required. The agency shall document to the Department the change in the total projected operating cost as a result of the movement of funds.
