Determination of allowable costs.

ALLOWABLE COSTS

The Department will determine allowable costs in accordance with the following:

(1) The requirements of this subchapter.
(2) The limits of the provider’s total projected operating cost, or if a waiver is granted, the limits of an approved budget.
