The provider shall comply with the following audit requirements:

1. (1) 2 CFR Part 200 (relating to uniform administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for Federal awards).
2. (2) The Single Audit Act of 1984 (31 U.S.C.A. § § 7501—7507).
3. (3) Applicable Office of Management and Budget Circulars and related applicable guidance issued by the United States Office of Management and Budget.
