1. (a) Sections 6100.461—6100.468 do not apply to the following:

   1. (1) Respite care provided for fewer than 30 days in a 12-month period.
   2. (2) Job coaching provided for fewer than 30 days in a 12-month period.

2. (b) Sections 6100.461—6100.468 apply to the administration of medication by an adult relative of an individual who receives services in the following:

   1. (1) A service location that is licensed by the Department.
   2. (2) An unlicensed life sharing home.
3. (c) Sections 6100.461—6100.468 do not apply to the administration of medication by an adult relative of an individual who receives services in a service location other than the service locations specified in subsection (b).
