The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Department—The Department of Human Services of the Commonwealth.

HCSIS—The Home and Community Services Information System.

OMR—The Office of Mental Retardation of the Department.
