55 Pa. Code § 5230.16 – Coordination of services.

(a) A PRS agency shall have written agreements to coordinate services with other providers, including the following:
1. (1) Psychiatric inpatient facilities.
2. (2) Partial hospitalization programs.
3. (3) Psychiatric outpatient clinics.
4. (4) Crisis intervention programs.
5. (5) Case management programs.
6. (6) Peer support services agencies.
(b) A PRS agency may have written agreements to coordinate services with other providers as needed, including the following:
1. (1) Housing and residential programs.
2. (2) Substance use disorder programs.
3. (3) Vocational, educational and social programs.
4. (4) Other agencies and systems that serve individuals 14 years of age or older.
