A PRS agency shall provide:

1. (1) A physical location within the PRS facility for recordkeeping and other administrative functions of the PRS regardless of where service is provided.

2. (2) PRS as a service that is distinct from other mental health services that may be offered by the legal entity:

   1. (i) In terms of service content.
   2. (ii) In terms of physical space utilized.
3. (3) A site that is accessible to individuals.
4. (4) Space, equipment and supplies that are well-maintained and sufficient to deliver the services listed in the agency service description.
5. (5) Private interview space.

6. (6) Protocols that meet applicable Federal, State and local requirements for fire, safety and health, including protocols for the following:

   1. (i) Sanitation.
   2. (ii) Fire drills.
   3. (iii) Infection control.
