BILLING FOR LIABILITY

1. (a) The county administrator shall bill the liable person each month that community mental health and intellectual disability services are received.
2. (b) If the liability exceeds the actual cost of intellectual disability services or the net charge for mental health services received for a month, the county administrator shall bill the liable person for the actual cost of intellectual disability services or the net charge for mental health services received.
