1. (a) If services received by the client in a calendar month are community mental health and intellectual disability nonresidential services or noninpatient services, the liability shall be the amount listed in Appendix A.
2. (b) If services received by the client in a calendar month are community mental health and intellectual disability residential services or short-term inpatient services, even if community mental health and intellectual disability nonresidential services or short-term inpatient services are also provided, the liability shall be the amount listed in Appendix B.
