1. (a) If more than one client in the family is receiving services, only one liability shall be determined and billed.
2. (b) If at least one client in the family is receiving community mental health or intellectual disability residential services or short-term inpatient services, the liability shall be the amount listed in Appendix B.
3. (c) If clients in the family are receiving only community mental health or intellectual disability nonresidential services, the liability shall be the amount listed in Appendix A.
