55 Pa. Code § 3290.162 – Meals. | Midpage- (a) If a child receives care for 4 or more consecutive hours, nutritional, appropriately-timed meals and snacks shall be served.
- (b) Meals and snacks may be provided by the parent, upon agreement between the parent and the operator.
- (c) Food may not be withheld from children for purposes of discipline.
- (d) Children may not be forced to eat food.
