1. (a) A staff person or a substitute staff person shall meet one of the applicable staff qualifications for the position in which the person is performing.
2. (b) A volunteer shall be supervised by a staff person.
3. (c) One or more facility persons competent in pediatric first aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques shall be at the facility when one or more children are in care.
