Placement maintenance may include only the cost of and the cost of providing the following:

1. (1) Food.
2. (2) Clothing.
3. (3) Shelter.
4. (4) Child care, which includes daily supervision in a residential facility and part day child care in a foster family home.
5. (5) The child’s personal incidentals.
6. (6) Liability insurance coverage with respect to the child.
7. (7) Reasonable travel for the child to visit his family.
8. (8) School supplies.
