EFFECTIVE DATE, ALLOWABLE COSTS AND REIMBURSEMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. (a) The county agency may claim placement maintenance reimbursement for a child from the date that the child meets eligibility requirements.
2. (b) If a child meets placement maintenance eligibility requirements except the requirements relating to reasonable efforts determinations, and the reasonable efforts requirement is subsequently met, the county may claim placement maintenance reimbursement from the first day of the month in which the reasonable efforts determination was made.
