1. (a) The county agency shall recertify a child’s eligibility for placement maintenance on forms provided by the Department no less frequently than once every 12 months.
2. (b) The county agency shall review a child’s continuing eligibility for placement maintenance as often as necessary, but no less frequently than once every 6 months.
