Acceptable verification of inability to work due to a disability at the time of application or redetermination includes:

1. (1) An assessment by a licensed physician, physician’s assistant, CRNP or psychologist that states the following:

   1. (i) The condition causing the inability to work or to participate in education or training.
   2. (ii) The manner in which the condition causing the disability prevents the parent or caretaker from providing care for the child.
   3. (iii) The date the parent or caretaker is expected to return to work or resume participation in education or training or the date the parent or caretaker will be able to care for the child.
2. (2) If the parent or caretaker with a disability submits written verification of disability payments from Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, Worker’s Compensation, 100% of Veterans Disability or 100% of another type of work-related disability, that verification shall serve as permanent verification of the parent’s or caretaker’s inability to work.
