Subsidy to a child may be disrupted if the eligibility agency cannot continue to subsidize the number of children enrolled in subsidized child care due to insufficient Federal or State funding. The following apply:

1. (1) Subsidy for children whose family’s income is at the highest percentage of the FPIG is disrupted first.
2. (2) A child whose subsidy is disrupted under this section is placed on the waiting list according to the date of the initial eligibility for subsidized child care.
