A subsidy-eligible family may receive child care during the hours that the child needs care if the parent or caretaker:

1. (1) Works or attends education or training, including travel between the parent’s or caretaker’s work, education or training and the child care facility.
2. (2) Requires uninterrupted sleep time following the completion of an overnight work shift.
