55 Pa. Code § 2600.83 – Temperature. | Midpage- (a) The indoor temperature, in areas used by the residents, must be at least 70°F when residents are present in the home.
- (b) If a home does not provide air conditioning, fans shall be made available to residents when the indoor temperature exceeds 80°F.
