Within 5 working days after the administrative review meeting, the Office of Blindness and Visual Services (BVS) shall:

1. (1) Prepare a written summary report of the review including the decisions made.
2. (2) Send a copy of the summary report and decisions to the vendor and his representative, if any, with a written notice of the vendor’s right to request a formal evidentiary fair hearing in accordance with § § 2430.201—2430.203 (relating to fair hearing procedure) regardless of whether the administrative review decision was in his favor.
