Payment will not be made for the following services and items:

1. (1) Eyeglasses for individuals 21 years of age or older.
2. (2) Prescription sunglasses.
3. (3) Tinted lenses.
4. (4) Orthoptic training.
5. (5) Items and services not listed as compensable in MA program fee schedule.
