The following services are covered hospice services when provided in accordance with the Medicare regulations at 42 CFR 418.202 (relating to covered services):

1. (1) Nursing care.
2. (2) Medical social services.
3. (3) Physicians’ services.
4. (4) Counseling services.
5. (5) Short-term inpatient care.
6. (6) Medical supplies and appliances.
7. (7) Drugs that are used primarily for the relief of pain and symptom control related to the terminal illness.
8. (8) Home health aide services.
9. (9) Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech-language pathology services.
