1. (a) Payment will be made for rural health clinic services as defined in § 1129.2 (relating to definitions) provided by an independent rural health clinic on an all-inclusive visit fee basis as established by the Medicare carrier for rural health clinics.
2. (b) Covered service provided outside the scope of rural health clinic services as defined in § 1129.2 will only be paid by the Department according to the chapter governing payment for the specific service as set forth in this title.
