1. (a) Cash contributions by an LRR including the putative father are considered support as defined in § 181.282 (relating to support).
2. (b) Cash contributions by a person other than an LRR are counted as unearned income unless exempt under § 181.263(8) (relating to other types of income not counted for the TANF and GA categories).
