The presumptively eligible pregnant woman who applies for ongoing MA is entitled to:

1. (1) Written notice of eligibility/ineligibility from the county assistance office under Chapter 125 (relating to application process).
2. (2) Appeal and fair hearing rights under Chapter 275 (relating to appeal and fair hearing and administrative disqualification hearings).
