1. (a) This section applies to motions that pertain to the procedural aspects of a case, including motions for continuance, expedited consideration, extensions of time in which to file documents and stays of proceedings.
2. (b) Procedural motions must contain a statement indicating the nonmoving party’s position on the relief requested or a statement that the moving party, after a reasonable effort, has been unable to determine the nonmoving party’s position.
3. (c) If the parties consent to the relief requested, the request may be embodied in a letter, provided the letter indicates the consent of the other parties.
4. (d) Requests for extensions or continuances, whether in letter or motion form, must be accompanied by a proposed order.
5. (e) Procedural motions and responses may not be accompanied by supporting memoranda of law unless otherwise ordered by the Bureau.
