1. (a) Regulated persons and applicants for any right issued by the Authority shall pay all assessments, fees, penalties and other payments due to the Authority under the act, this part or an order of the Authority on schedule, unless the matter related to the payment is under appeal.
2. (b) Regulated persons and applicants for any right issued by the Authority shall remain current on the payment of parking violations and traffic violations, unless the violation is under appeal.
3. (c) For purposes of this section, regulated persons and applicants include those with a controlling interest in the regulated person or applicant, or both.
